We always share the risk
We understand that bidding requires significant investment, that is why as standard we will always share the risk 50/50 with you and only chare you half of our fee, with the other half only payable if you successfully secure the project. In addition, if we cannot demonstrate that we can add value to your proposal we will not charge you for our service.

Firstly, we undertake a desktop assessment of the tender proposals to verify that they meet our clients requirements and expectations. We identify any missing information and potential risks we then identify any opportunities for value engineering.
Evolve
Based on our assessment we undertake our initial detailed analysis to quantify any risk and provide solutions to reduce them, we also undertake value engineering options agreed, providing detailed outputs and documentation for your building

During our detailed analysis, and as a result of our experience on over 1,000 projects in the last 8 years, we consider alternative strategies that may deliver our clients expectations and make massive savings.
